The staff provided excellent service from check-in to checkout, always ensuring my needs were met. The room was nicely appointed and I appreciated the multiple charging ports available. The indoor pool and health club featured new equipment, enhancing my experience. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu, and my meals were delicious.

This place is super cozy! The beds are really comfy, and my fam loved it. We had a nice time in the bar lounge area after a long drive. The only bummer was we had to wait a bit to check in since there was just one person at the front desk. But overall, decent experience.

The ongoing major renovations severely disrupted the environment, with loud drilling and painting occurring throughout the day. There were instances of compromising safety, like a painter working directly in front of an elevator. Another letdown involved confusion over bookings, with some guests being redirected elsewhere, which negatively impacted plans, particularly for those with scheduled meetings. Additionally, the quality of food left a lot to be desired, with a disappointing experience, such as tough chicken salads that were unedible, compelling guests to seek better meals off-site.

Business travelers beware

Customer service from Noah and Valerie was good in the beginning. they helped me out promptly after my first room was unclean. Plus, the shuttle driver was a fantastic guy, really friendly and accommodating.
